Cancellation Request

A cancellation request has already been submitted on this order.

Thank you for submitting your cancellation request. If your request was placed within 1 hour of ordering, a cancellation and refund (if applicable) will be given upon confirmation from our warehouse that items have not shipped within 1-2 business days. Any requests submitted after the 1 hour window will be treated as a new return (return fees apply). A Tire Agent team member will be reaching out to you within the next 24 hours to confirm if your order will be cancelled.

All cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour from the time the order was placed.

Any order past 1 hour may be too late to cancel and will be considered a new return (return and restock fees apply).

Refusing items by a carrier will be subject to an additional fee on top of return and restocking fees.
